Can I cancel/ reschedule online?
Yes. After booking your massage appointment, you'll receive login information for your client account, where you can manage future appointments online. Changes must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees. If you need assistance, our team is always available by phone or text.
Should I undress?
You should undress only to your own comfort level. Some clients choose to fully undress, while others prefer to keep their underwear on during their massage. Our licensed massage therapists follow professional draping standards, ensuring that only the area being treated is uncovered. Your comfort, privacy, and safety are always our highest priorities.
Should I take my jewelry and watch off?
Removing jewelry, watches, necklaces, and bulky accessories before your massage allows your therapist to work more comfortably and helps prevent damage or discomfort during your treatment. Yes. Massage Grotto SF offers Prenatal Massage for clients who are at least 12 weeks pregnant. Our licensed massage therapists are trained to provide safe, supportive massage therapy designed to help reduce common pregnancy discomforts such as lower back pain, hip tension, swelling, neck and shoulder discomfort, and stress.
Your therapist will position you comfortably using supportive pillows and adjust techniques to meet your individual needs. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or medical concerns, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before scheduling.
What is your age policy?
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage therapy without a parent or legal guardian's consent. Clients under 18 may receive massage services with written permission from a parent or legal guardian, and the guardian is welcome to remain present during the session if desired.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled massage appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to the full service charge. Massage packages, gift certificates, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable, although they may be transferred where applicable.
